[coreboot] PCI settings on EPIA-ME6000

Hi there
I try to config coreboot to use it on VIA EPIA-ME6000 with onboard vga.
Therefore I changed Config.lb in src path.

Please look at this config. Is it possible to use onboard vga with these
parameters?
