[coreboot] r3134 build service

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 3134 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Drop the useless rom.layout file. It's just an example, likely never
been used in the last few years, and the contents are available in
the README already anyway.
