[coreboot] [PATCH 0/5] Intel 3100, version 3

The following set of patches are an updated version of the patch I
posted on 27 Dec 2007. I tried to incorporate most of the feedback
from Uwe and others.

I added GPLv2 license headers throughout, and preserved existing
copyrights except where Uwe indicated otherwise. I did not add
copyrights for other people, as I do not know the exact name and date.
For files that are forked from other code in coreboot, I added a
comment saying so; if the copyright holders decide to assert ownership
for the original files, we can add them to the derived files as well.
