The point is: It is not enough that the software and the BIOS are free, the 
graphics, the motherboard, chips, and the entire package need to be free, 
open, and auditable.
It is important for voting machines 
(http://www.seconnecticut.com/elections.htm), but even for personal use it 
is a concern.
