[coreboot] r3653 build service

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 3653 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Drop tons of duplicated debug.c files, move common file to
lib/debug.c and use that one.
