[coreboot] r3672 build service

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "jcrouse" checked in revision 3672 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

[PATCH] libpayload:  Add pci_set_bus_master() function

Allow the payload to enable a PCI device as a bus master.
