Yes.  Sorry I wasn't more clear.  If you do

svn mkdir src/mainboard/technexion/tim5690
svn cp src/mainboard/technexion/tim8690/* src/mainboard/technexion/tim5690

then apply the patch, you'll get the same result as if you applied the
original diff.
