[coreboot] build service results for r4681

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 4681 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
This adds a simple script to build a default toolchain for coreboot
compilation, to be independent of broken or missing OS/distribution
tool chains.

in stepan's neck until the issue is fixed.
