[coreboot] filo-squash build patch

[baiyin cai]

hi,
   it seem there is no "shared.h" under filo/fs/ which included in
squashfs_zilb.c which would caused build error while open FSYS_SQUASHFS.  it
seems also useless.
just remove the declaration.
