[coreboot] [PATCH]it8718 special register config for Gigabyte dual bios

hi all,
   as is known to all, the Gigabyte dual bios mainboard will always caused
rebooting which may caused by superio. After several testing, the register
0xEF is the
key of the problem.
The patch added an function which stop dual bios mainboard rebooting.
