[coreboot] build service results for r6164

[repository service]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 6164 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
factor out cpu power management base into a separate file. And fix a bug in
model_1067x
