I started an attempt here: http://www.coreboot.org/Flag_Days

The name is taken from OpenSolaris, where flag days are events that
break compatibility in some way. See
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+on/flag-days

Both layout and name can be changed if something better comes across.
Consider this a work in progress.
