I could do any combination of talks from 25C3 (intro to coreboot and
payloads), FreedomHEC (stronger focus on working with vendors) and
26C3 (looks at the structure of coreboot source and goes through the
2009 developments in and around the project).

If I'm doing all three then please schedule something else in
between. :)
