[coreboot] build service results for r4998

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 4998 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:

* Explicitly add __PRE_RAM__ where it should be added.
* Don't implicitly add __PRE_RAM__ in romcc.
