There is the usual method of finding the IObase of the SB700 GPIOs,
then just complementing each one in turn until you see the reset
activated. Doesn't take long.

I demonstrated such a process for the Dell s1850 about a year ago
while search for a Flash write enable. I can't find the message at
present however.
