Your devicetree.cb seams fine, but i will need the output from
superiotool to see if you have set it to the correct address.

the output from 
$ cat /proc/tty/driver/serial
would also be help full in identifying the serial port.

the output form flashrom should solve the mystery about the size of you
rom.

both flashrom and superiotool should be avalible from the devian
repository.
