This wait is bad. I guess it is off spinning in CAR somewhere. You
might try using a port80 card to get more debug information.

This is ok. It is a normal part of the scan for some devices to not
have a PCI ROM in coreboot. Filo, SeaBIOS, and/or Linux should handle
the IDE for you.
