[coreboot] [PATCH] Add cscope support to the Makefile.

Hmm...I meant to add a note asking for someone to review and possibly
commit this. Would someone mind. It's a simple addition to the
top-level makefile to generate a cscope symbol database so that
jumping around the code becomes simpler. It's something like an
improved version of ctags.
