[coreboot] revision 5762 change causing AMD Tilapia build to fail

Hello,

The include file change of rev 5762 is causing the AMD Tilapia
build to fail for me. The work-around I found is to add:

   #include <option_table.h>

to src/cpu/amd/quadcore/quadcore.c.
