Hi Cui,
TPM support is handled by the payload which Coreboot loads. You'll probably
want Coreboot+Seabios <http://www.seabios.org/SeaBIOS> for this.

Patches for TPM support have recently been submitted on the SeaBIOS mailing
list: http://www.seabios.org/pipermail/seabios/2011-August/002202.html .
