[coreboot] sb800 code derived from sb700 implementation

Hello Bao Zheng,

Thanks for the SB800 work. I would be happy to ack it, but first a couple of questions.

1) How was this SB800 code tested?
2) What about the SB800 portion of the coreboot reference code for Inagua? I think AMD plans to release it soon. Last time I saw
that code, it had its own SB800 support.

Thanks,
Scott

I personally like this patch, not because I did. It is easy to use and handle. I am gonna signed-off-by it. If I get support, I will
check it in.

Zheng

Sorry to send again, forget the subject last email

I have made a little bit cleanup from the patches originally made by Bao Zheng,
This sb800 code is derived from sb700 implementation.
Release this patch is NOT to confusing people, but make other patches based on this implementation also works.

So this patch don't need to be checked into the tree.
