[coreboot] [ANN]FILO and SerialICE now managed by gerrit

Hi all,

I moved FILO and SerialICE to gerrit, after we used it for a while for
coreboot with good success at managing incoming contributions.
The SVN repositories are read-only now.

For instructions on how to access the repositories or to submit changes,
see http://www.coreboot.org/Git
The server remains the same, but of course the repository URLs change:

FILO:
ssh://<username>@review.coreboot.org:29418/filo
http://[<username>:<password>@]review.coreboot.org/p/filo.git
http://review.coreboot.org/gitweb?p=filo.git

SerialICE:
ssh://<username>@review.coreboot.org:29418/serialice
