The Vendor BIOS prevents flashing with flashrom. (In fact it doesn't
allow the SPI opcodes necessary to detect, erase and write the Flash).
So you have to flash it either with an external programmer, or reverse
engineer how the Phoenix BIOS protection can be circumvented.
