pci=nocrs should not be required, and regardless of what graphics
card you buy the issue that requires pci=nocrs will remain. Best
would be to look into that issue and fix it. Then there's a chance
that your radeon graphics will work flawlessly, and then you could
of course buy another graphics card if you wanted to.
