Ronald G. Minnich (rminnich at gmail.com) just uploaded a new patch set to gerrit, which you can find at http://review.coreboot.org/1925

-gerrit

commit 4bb21e7db5c12414b9ba382af4ee404bc46e9e9b
Author: Ronald G. Minnich <rminnich at gmail.com>
Date: Tue Nov 27 10:36:06 2012 -0800

Add .h files for samsung exynos 5250

Per a conversation with Stefan, these chip-dependent files are moved
to the src tree, in the manner of other chips (north and southbridge).
