    x86: Add alignment requirement for cbfs microcode
    
    There is a requirement that microcode updates be aligned
    on a 16 byte boundary. Inform cbfstool to align the microcode
    blob in cbfs to a 16-byte boundary.
    
    Noted that when alignment requirement is added the microcode
    is properly aligned.
