yes, it was there for a very long time. What's interesting about this
note is that he is suggesting it needs to be at 0xfffffff0, BEFORE the
very first jump. We've never had this need before.

We had it for 5 years in entry16.inc but it was yanked in 2004 as it
caused problems.
