[coreboot] Petition to Google: Please produce a midrange Chromebook

Alex, you are of course free to submit such a petition. And, anyone
who wishes can sign it.

I've received an off-list request from one of our other enthusiasts
(i.e. not a company or from a company) to remind you that you are not
in a position to speak for "the coreboot community". Possibly you
should call yourselves an independent group of coreboot enthusiasts.
