[coreboot] How to access bug reports referenced with `BUG=b:XXXXXXXXX)`?

Dear coreboot folks,


Looking through the commits, I saw a syntax to reference bug reports, I
hadn’t noticed before.

> BUG=b:24676003

Looking through the commits, it looks like it goes back until even 2015
[1].

How can these be accessed?

Could Gerrit be adapted to mark these strings up as links?
