[LinuxBIOS] ALIX1.C status?

Hi,

AFAIK the ALIX1.C can be considered supported in v2 now, but we don't
have a status table for what exactly works or doesn't work yet, so I
added one:

Please fill out the table after testing the hardware with the
current svn code.

I marked the board as "OK" in the wiki (list of supported boards) for now.
