Robert Millan is a GRUB developer and a Debian developer. One of his primary areas of work in GRUB is maintaining and improving coreboot support.

As a Debian developer, he works in maintenance of the GRUB packages, among other things. He's also the author of http://goodbye-microsoft.com/ (which, unsurprisingly, is based on GRUB).
